I had to grow up fast so I have always been old, people were telling me I was like a 40 years old when I was 13.
When I get pain in the knee after cross-legged sitting on my computer chair.
When you look out the window and see over half of the people are younger than you.

10 Year Member badge since yesterday, wow time flies. GenOT was buzzing with fun topics back then, not the junk we have now.
When a 18 year old classmate said she wouldn't be finished with her education until she was 26 if she took a year of to travel the world.
To me, sitting besides her, 26 at the time. (Telling her I was 26 was fun as hell.)

When streamers became a thing. I remember thinking; why the f would you watch some obnoxious twats play a game rather than playing it yourself? Then i realize its basicly the same as watching football.
Oh! And recently i discovered I can’t tell age anymore. Saw some kids and assumed they were around 14 years old (they sounded like it aswell). Then they drove off.

When I heard a mix of late 2000's to early 2010's club music in a stream and remembered the nights I spent in clubs and enjoying this music all around me. I still kinda yearn to go to those places, but at the same time I feel I can no longer keep up with the younger folk frequenting them. Nor do I desire to.
Now you see it. Now you don't.
But was where Dalaran?
Gaining weight easier in my early 30s, and having to watch what I eat and drink and work out more consistently. Maintained not feeling my age for years after that, but in the past year (turned 39) my hair has started to thin a bit on my crown and above my temples and my beard is definitely starting to gray noticeably.
Rudimentary creatures of blood and flesh. You touch my mind, fumbling in ignorance, incapable of understanding.
You exist because we allow it, and you will end because we demand it.

mid life crises at 30. that's all i want to say.
“Choose a job you love and you'll never have to work a day in your life” “Logic will get you from A to Z; Imagination will get you everywhere.”
When the people at work started saying movies like Monster Inc and Ice Age is nostalgic meanwhile I am over here trying to tell them about Land Before Time and American Tail
Also being told that the music I was listening to from the 90's was 'old peoples' music :S

24 - 25 is when you are old IMO. It's where you should be obligated to fulfill societal norms and give up childish hobbies or likings. And by that I mean you better have a good job, car, house, and maybe start a family.
you need a LOT of therapy.
also - CS Lewis quote for you
and to explain... only childish people fear of appearing childish because of their hobbies or likings. grown ups don't give a fuck and like whatever they want to like, live however they want to live instead of trying to live up to someone else's idea of grownup should look like.“When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.”
and no, at 24 you are NOT old. only someone childish and young thinks that mid 20ties are "old"
The moment when i wanted to go out in the weekend and all my friends had to stay home to look after the kids.
My hot take is that it became actually harder to feel old early, at least outside of a club-scenario. Sure there are trends specifically aimed at children (like Tik Tok) but overall it feels like mass media bridged the gap between 18 - 40 quite well.
Like I'm actually wondering more often about todays teenagers consuming the exact same content I did over a decade ago, just polished and continued.
In general, I believe what makes you unquestionably "old" these days is having children, no matter if you get them at 20 or 40. The view on life simply changes parents, there is suddenly something more important than yourself. That's old. That's mature.
"Young parents" always felt like an oxymoron to me. Inexperienced maybe, but not young.

I realize that I'm getting old when I fall asleep on the sofa in an uncomfortable position and in the morning I could not turn my head
when i woke up one morning after a night of heavy drinking and partying and i felt like i was dying from hungover.
when when i was younger while being hungover i was just doing my usual heavy gym workout then taking sauna and i felt like new born ;P
was around 26-27 at that time thats when i stopped partying hard as it was not worth loosing next day :P
next time similiar to that was when i realised im much more happy staying at home then wasting time going to parties with people i dont even like just for sake of going out to socialise :P a night of good sleep was much better this was earlier though when i was like 4th year in Uni
