Too bad Trump didn't believe Area 51 was holding aliens. Capital raid never woulda happened had they been dealt with at Storming Area 51 and who knows maybe we would have gotten some pictures of some aliens instead of some dipshits hanging from railings and wearing horned fur hats.

That feeling when your wife is a lunatic and goes to the insurrection with a Q nutter, who she's been DMing on the side for months, and you file for divorce.

In other GOtrumP fuckery, do you remember when the water carriers for Trump argued vehemently and repeatedly that the election was rigged and the voting machines were at fault? Well...Sidney Power, the lead attorney in those law suits and statements is now arguing that...when she accused Dominion of being part of an election-rigging scheme with ties to Venezuela, "no reasonable person would conclude" those "were truly statements of fact".

She is literally arguing that no one should have taken her seriously (which no factually based person did). Interesting tactic. Arguing, in court, that what she said in court previously was a lie.

Funny what happens when you're suddenly staring down the barrel of a massive defamation lawsuit.

And I mean, knowingly lying can't stop the defamation lawsuit anyways, yeah? If anything, it might make it easier...

Trump is still pushing it, every time he is on Fox. Linn Wood is now the leader of QAnon, since the Watkin boys said their Q project is over.

It certainly is amazing the depths people will dive to avoid responsibility for their actions.

Interestingly, on a legal level, I'm wondering if her admissions will constitute summary judgment because she's admitting that there was no proof of her statements.

The problem is, that Fox News used this same shitty excuse, and won a lawsuit with it, a couple months or so ago.

Different circumstances, as Carlson could be argued to be an "entertainer".

I somehow think courts would look upon pointless lawsuits less charitably.

If the judges would only do something, especially after how many cases she had tossed out, due to lack of evidence or standing.

My endless lawsuits and appeals were purely for comedic purposes, your honor.

Best part is, since My Pillow guy is using the same arguments in his lawsuit, Sidney just tanked his along with hers.

Doesn't comedy require the person to be funny?

    No.

And it looks like all these cosplay militia/white supremacist groups were coordinating. If proven, it seems like a potential legal justification to go after the organizations nationally, no?

It makes the case for seditious conspiracy pretty handily, yeah.

If they were competent they could have really done some damage. I hereby dub them, "the Gravy Seals."
Populists (and "national socialists") look at the supposedly secret deals that run the world "behind the scenes". Child's play. Except that childishness is sinister in adults.

Yo, you ever watch a bunch of right wing militia nutjobs train to murder their fellow Americans? No? Want to? No? Well...don't click here then. These are some of the same folks getting picked up for planning more serious violence during the Jan. 6 insurrection attempt.

I am hoping that all of the Proud Boys, Oathkeepers, and 3 Percenters that were there January 6th get charges tacked on for conspiracy to commit sedition, simply because of the new evidence that was released that they were coordinating by texts and group chats.
