As I said in the other thread, vendor builds mostly come first. We got that four days ago. Then we get a bluepost with all the new stuff that’s coming in the patch. And then some days later we’re getting the PRT with all the patch notes. We might the the bluepost today.

A lot of the time, that's not how it works. A lot of the time, the bluepost happens during the datamining. Then, the server goes live on that same day, or the day after.
Idk where you're getting this some days shit from. No PTR patch takes that long to go live.
