Pretty much Torghast, I imagine, since it is a part of it, after all. The one picture from the official post back at blizzconline looks like it.

Though I expect some new aesthetics too, if only because there's also a new wing of Torghast that seems to use the same new mobs.

An affix that came with a clear downside and an entire system revolving around managing and mitigating that downside. Or did the Corruption part of the Corruption system slip your mind? This isn't even an affix to begin with, for that matter. If anything, this is closer to an iteration of the Glyph system.

So I think you believe 2.0 means it must be the same system entirely....it doesn’t

They took the corruption system which was “we add this ability to gear but also add a negative” and then removed the rng acquisition and the negative aspect which is good because it didn’t turn out how they wanted it to anyways.

It’s corruption 2.0 in the same way islands were scenarios 2.0 unless you believe that since it’s on islands it’s a completely different system

An Army of Bone and Steel: Necrolords and the Primus
The Unseen Guests: Venthry and the Nathrezim
The Power of Night: Night Fae and Tyrande
A New Path: Kyrian and Uther.

I'm Venthyr and they show up on the Campaign list when you open the map/quest list.

I believe Blizzard mentioned something about there being covenant questlines, but that there is something that allows everyone to see them regardless of the covenant, so it might simply be that the covenant questlines are part of the greater Maw/Korthia questline.
