Will rabid shadows be the 3rd if using Prism legendary?

Will mind devourer be the 3rd for all other legendaries?

There's a possibility that they add completely new Conduits. Still a bit early to say.

Prism has gotten nerfed as well. Talb's is stronger single target again.

With the DP/Talby nerf Mind Devourer lost some value, so as of this moment it's looking like Prism+Rabid Shadows will be better unless of course they add or buff other conduits/leggos.

Yes, but not as big a nerf as Prism. So for single target, it's slightly better.
