Everyone but Hakaar and those in the Manastorm's area are dead. Hakaar was resurrected before the dungeon and resides in Zul'Gurub, the Manastorms are in Mechagon.

There's several portals in it that lead to Zul'Gurub, Mechagon and Ardenweald. So... only the two gnomes are alive. Everyone else is a spirit, including Hakkar (I think?)

No, iirc Hakkar got ressurected during the Nightfae Campaign. But he will be back, no worries.

Dumping Manastorms in there was way more important.

Overall, I wish we got to see more of De Other Side than we did.

It's basically just the path to the central area where Bwonsamdi fights Muehzala. The rest of the dungeon is areas reached through portals. So we don't actually get to see where any of the souls of the dead hang out. I guess they want to leave it up to our imagination. Too bad though. I'd love to actually see what millions of dead Trolls get up to
