but oh man, is it just me or these in-game cinematics looking even worse than ever. How is blizzard still unable to do proper lip syncing for these in-engine scenes? :/

That animation quality is absolutely horrible. The first couple of seconds in his chains aren't even there, then suddenly pop in. The overall stiffness was atrocious. Yet it was still the best narrative endings to a character this game has had since Arthas went out.

As hinted in his speech, his soul was initially sent to Revendreth, but he openly refused to repent which is why he suddenly disappeared. Any hero won't be in any hurry to look for him in the Maw the fact he's still clinging onto his Iron Horde days either so he'll be stuck there for an eternity.

Garrosh looks a lot better than Tyrande and barely comes out.

Suiciding himself on an already defeated opponent out of sheer pride is a very Garrosh thing to do, so I guess he stayed true to himself till the end.
