What battles and/or wars, short or long, on land or in the air or on the seas, do you think should have happened or played out differently in the story of Warcraft and its spin-offs ?

What a broad question..
Goblins vs Gnomes has never been really portrayed in game as a full-on war.
Huojin Pandaren vs Tushuo Pandaren didn't really play out as a clash between the two.
Blood elves vs Void elves should definitely be given a spot in WoW.
Lightforged Draenei and Mag'har Orcs would be the appropriate continuity to their rivalry with the Lightbound.
And, of course, the cosmic forces of Fel vs Void, for example. Instead of eradicating all life, Sargeras tries to go head on against the Void.
Or, Void vs Death, where the Void tries to get rid of it, so it wouldn't interrupt its plans.
Death could have a conflict with Fel over the secrets of necromancy, or something.
Vol’jin shouldn’t have died on the Broken Shore so that he got some proper screen time as Warchief.
Zuldazar shouldn’t have gone so stupidly for the Horde (I thought it was too obvious what was happening).
The Alliance should retake Gilneas.
A civil war concerning Silvermoon should occur. Maybe Void/High elves claim it, or skirmishes should be observable.
Just less one-sided conflicts in general.
He wasn't much of a Warchief, like Sylvanas wasn't. This title should be reserved to Orcs and Orcs only.
Why? you didn't want playable Zandalari?Zuldazar shouldn’t have gone so stupidly for the Horde (I thought it was too obvious what was happening).
I agree with these. The Alliance should retake Gilneas.
A civil war concerning Silvermoon should occur. Maybe Void/High elves claim it, or skirmishes should be observable.

We should have seen at least several battles between the Burning Legion and Old Gods' forces during Legion with demons fighting at least Faceless, the Twlight Hammer, remaining black and twilight dragons and Nagas during their campaign of annihilation of all life on Azeroth.
Similarly we could have seen also some conflict between the Scourge and Yogg-Saron's forces during WOTLK as a follow of Arthar's encounter of them in the Frozen Throne and of Yogg-Saron's rise.
There should have been a campaing to fully reclaim Gilneas and the restoration and battle for Stromgarde should have happened earlier, during Cataclysm or MOP, but with the Forsaken being the main Horde force during the battle and Gnomes being the ones supporting Stromgarde army alongside the dwarven clans. This battle would also have been a test for the dwarves, with the three clans battling against a common foe for the first time in centuries.
Tauren vs Dwarves
All the digging pisses of the Earthmother. It's time that the two most ignored races in WoW get some love.
Me not that kind of Orc!
Why no, people don't just like Sylvie for T&A: https://www.mmo-champion.com/threads...ery-Cinematic/
There was Rokhan to bring them into the fold. And no, Vol'jin shouldn't have been a Warchief in the first place. Neither did Sylvanas. Only an Orc Warchied should have brought new allies in to the fold. That's how it was when Grom approached the Ogres, Orgrim the Forest Trolls, And Thrall the Tauren & Darkspear.
They killed Cairne in the Cataclysm prepatch but wrote a comic about it.
"We're more of the love, blood, and rhetoric school. Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see." ― Tom Stoppard, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead
All the fucking books should have been in game.
I know it wouldn't have happened anyway but I would loved to see Lei Shen actually goes on his reconquest of Pandaria beyond planning and being slain in his stronghold of the Isle of Thunder and to see him using his powers to lay waste to his enemies, including the Alliance and the Horde forces in Pandaria, at least once.
That would have been especially epic and satisfying to see him facing Garrosh Hellscream and his army and to easely crush the dark shamans and Garrosh's ego at the occasion.
the Broken Draenei should've hopped in when the Alliance and the Horde got to each other in Cata, MoP and BFA
Broken Draenei vs. Alternate Maghar Orcs would be poetic too
The Alliance gets the Horde's most popular race. The Horde should get the Alliance's most popular race in return. Alteraci Humans for the Horde!
I make Warcraft 3 Reforged HD custom models and I'm also an HD model reviewer.
The Zandalari vs the Kul'Tiran fleet could have been an amazing battle. BFA in general had a lot of fights that had so much potential.
The Night Elves, the Worgens doing some real guerilla warfare on the Horde with them using their environment and attacking by surprise or ambushing Horde forces and then run and hide in their forrest home before the Horde can properly react, as well as sabotaging the provisions and animunitions and siege weapons or assassinating Horde leaders with their assasins/rogues and wardens and druids; and also them getting the support of all their natural allies such as the Wildkins, the Ancients, the Treants, the Furbolgs, children of Cenarius, Mountain Giants, Fae Dragons, as well of the Highborne and Draenei.
Not like with this garbage writing in Cataclysm and BFA.
