I don't see "systematic"Definition of racism
1 : a belief that race is a fundamental determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race
MMO-Champ the place where calling out trolls get you into more trouble than trolling.
Or maybe "treating someone differently" based on the group they belong to is just a simplified definition of racism that would just reduce it to a synonym for bigotry.
What do you suppose happens when a group is treated differently for a long period of time by another group? What does that look like?

You're confused. The fact that you read snippets from a few works from the social studies sphere and decided that this must be how the world functions doesn't translate into your predispositions passing for tangible reality.
In short:
Elegiac: I read this. It sounds true to me
Other: Not really
Elegiac: You're all ignorant.
Would you say that a person of color that hates white people is racist?
An ex girlfriend’s father HATED white people with a passion; they were dirty, smelly, didn’t shower, etc. Etc. Lucky for me, he didn’t consider me white, go figure. He made his son’s girlfriend cry at a family dinner, for being white.
Yeah, he was a fucking racist, no matter what the dimwitted snowflake says.

Neither of which are components in what make whitewashing an issue; whitewashing is a problem because it exists within a system where minority entertainers already find it massively difficult to make inroads, ergo reducing the number of available roles is the issue. It is entirely a function of opportunity.
Color-blind casting would be fine if their opportunities were already equal.

There's also the matter of him being a total douche and insulting female staffers and using the "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!", which is being a douchebag on a level only spoiled urbanites are capable of.
Nothing about any of that is "wrong" or in need of change. Offense is taken, not given. Subjectivity is a thing.Congratulations on finally understanding how culture works.
Bruh, we edited the dictionary to agree with our ideology! It's totally correct, bruh!

"Nuance" is not the same thing as "pretending the media people consume isn't reflective of or formative on their worldviews", though I understand where you might get that confused.

This entire sentence is why the Left is banning comedy. Comedy is meant to be edgy and break barriers. I've heard 9/11 jokes that I've laughed at, same with death jokes, rape jokes (of either sex), and so on. There is no "problem". The only people who think so, are the ones who make a Fascist dictatorship.

No, I'm just a normal human being who doesn't think turning our society into a Big Brother-based hellhole where everything we say is "curated" to be more "tolerant and inoffensive" is a good idea. If that means some weenies get their feelings hurt, well, toughen-up buttercup.
