I’d actually like this one to remake the combat a la ff7, in a kind of force unleashed way.

Really hope they update the gameplay got half way through it twice due to corrupted saves and said screw it because the combat is a pain.

Star Wars fans are eating tonight. The last couple of games were canon entries. KOTOR as an era along with names have been canonized but not the stories from the games. We also know Disney/Lucasfilm has been wanting to do content in that era. So there's a lot of speculation that this game will at the very least be used as hype for some KOTOR era canon.
SWTOR is also getting new content. Good time for SW fans.

The twist in KotOR is highly overblown. You can figure it out on the first planet if you pay attention, and they literally spill it to you on Dantooine before you even start what is the main quest. Originally Posted by ProphetFlume

Loved the original game, but can hardly get excited about a vague short teaser cinematic that shows nothing. Also, what they needed was a KOTOR 3 and not another remake game, we're getting to the point now where everyone is just rehashing good games from 20 years ago with varying levels of success to just milk nostalgia because they're too scared to make good new games.
It seems like 2021 is peak remake season. But great now we get to play 2 KOTOR remakes in the next 4 years before they consider a KOTOR 3.Probably running on a Pentium 4
