Garland can't do anything here, and it's not a DoJ investigation. Hatch Act has clear enforcement limitations as the only ones with the authority to enforce is the executive branch itself, there's no recourse for violations of the Hatch Act if the administration in charge when the violations occurred decides to do nothing.

A U.S. judge has ruled that a congressional committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol can access some of former President Donald Trump's White House records.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan in the District of Columbia rejected an argument by Trump's lawyers that telephone records, visitor logs, and other White House documents should be hidden from the committee.

Based on everything we've seen, I find it unlikely in this case that they didn't have an appeal up and ready to go. Will we see it tonight? First thing Friday? Saturday, in a legal filing of ex post fatass? We'll find out. Team Trump knows how bad these communications will make them look, and worse, Trump really really really really really doesn't want to take the stand. Trump required by law to be honest? Pelosi might as well hand him a cigarette and a blindfold.

Nah, it shouldn't matter what percent of people are vaccinated for that statistic. It's normalized by comparing rates rather than raw numbers.

The difference almost certainly is due to the delta variant, against which the vaccine is somewhat less effective. Studies that include data from after the rise of delta will show increased stats for the vaccinated as a matter of course.

Miller though...that name keeps coming up. In mid-Dec he went on FOX News no I didn't cite them I cited someone who cited them and said that Trump would be re-elected by a new set of electors.

As a reminder, we have some people testifying already to reduce their sentence, some dumb motherfuckers who got caught and had their phones iMpounded, and Bannon who, despite his best efforts, was still not a WH employee on Jan 6th and therefore privilege does not extend. Yeah, I just dont know if the people from KY or others will ever vote or change when they actually benefit. Here is a story bout Minnesota rural areas receiving $100 million in broadband. One of the biggest complaints made by rural people about being left behind and people moving to cities, blah, blah blah. But they just dont get it that tax dollars can fund these programs and help their businesses and homes.



In the end there is no way rural Minnesota will vote for a Dem. Again Fox News and we know what drives these people its culture over policy. They will vote over their interest for hate and fear.
