It certainly can’t change it for the worse. Microsoft is no angel, but they are VERY solid when it comes to gaming, they make good games and they really aren’t the most predatory when it comes to microtransaction.

The game pass is currently an incredible great offer. Imagine the madness if it may include wow ? Even if not, ATVI becoming Microsoft is a good news. At worse it won’t change a thing, at best it will revive Blizzard.

Nope, a lot is lost. This is TERRIBLE for gamers. These kinds of corporate buyouts should flat out not be allowed. The Sherman Antitrust Act was specifically made to put a stop to things like this. People saying "Well ATVI is terrible and Microsoft isn't so terrible so it's fine" are seriously misinformed, and they don't see the far reaching implications of this.

Imagine a future where there is one game company, one media company. And you have to pay them monthly fees for any and all entertainment, no game sales. That is the direction this is going in. I will literally quit gaming before I ever touch Game Pass, I'm not going within a mile of that, ever.
