The problem with this statement and everything before it is that you set the bar for racist rhetoric so high that only extreme criteria meets your definition. Racism is more subtle and sinister than just using slurs towards people.

There's no need to even play this game. Just because NYT made the Trumpies mad doesn't mean they don't typically have journalistic integrity. It also doesn't change the fact that there are hundreds if not thousands of journalists who have written articles for the NYT in the last 5 years. I happen to think Tucker's wrong on a number of things, including what the GOP should do to improve its numbers among hispanics and African Americans, but I can't peer into his soul to discover racial animus.

You can't peer into his soul to see racial animus, but just because we can't see if someone is "truly" racist by our inability to look into their soul doesn't mean we can't analyze what a person has said. And Tucker Carlson over the 15ish years has hit every single racist dog whistle on national television. So yeah, not only does it look like a racist, walk like a racist, smell like a racist, and quack like a racist, but what he is doing is literally just racist.

If you're going for his stuff, it does look a lot like a SWEDEN IS THE MOST ANTISEMITIC COUNTRY IN THE WEST and SWEDEN'S INSTITUTIONS ARE FUNDAMENTALLY ANTISEMITIC, and by the way, TV4 broadcaster has a disturbing trend in his news stories...
