Will be nice to actually use some of the old profession bags again. Maybe we will even get new ones.

Profession bag isn't as useful with the reagent bank, since I craft stuff from the reagent bank.

And while out in the field killing shut, you end up with crap for multiple professions, so just having an herb bag doesn't help much. I'd prefer a reagent bag that can accept reagents for any professions.

I imagine it will be more useful considering the large amounts of extra stuff you will be getting for your crafting professions.
Though I have to agree it's a bit less useful with the reagent bank already in the game since there isn't actually any limitations on where it's available to use.
Still, if you do large amounts of crafting I can see why getting an extra bag solely for that profession is a nice bonus.
