these pics were made by the SotS, dudes who defined the warcraft franchise from the beginning - exclusively for chronicles. we're getting less and less from them or at least in their style now. find something as brutal and powerful as Wang's Grom in more recent times - SL, DF.

Shadow lands is sorely missing such action shots, Mabye we will get more down the line like we did with chronicles but as of now all we have is static standing art and concept art and the concept art fits the style pretty well if not as grand as a finished action piece.

The shop is ran by suits who only care about promoting there new Premium items they don't care about the art of wow unlike people coming up with ideas and drawing out the concepts.

eh, should've used the word 'traditional' or 'peak'. i was not referring to classic strictly speaking, i was referring to the kind of iconic warcraft art. one of the SotS literally came up with the word 'Warcraft', another made a memorable artpiece.
