Angry Is it wrong to kicked out noobs?

hey I was raiding with some buddies of mine today, one of them is a mage, he looks up to khadgar like a daddy icon or something (calls him chadgar, i know, cringe right?) but he was shit as all balls. i've kn own him for years, but today, his jumping in goo and not avoiding mechanics was really grinding my gears and its like, i'm a hunter, yet i can avoid all these mechanics and not pull shit from across the hall or whatever.

is it wrong for me to kick my friend from raiding in future for being a noob? or should i have a word with him about it and his obsession with khadgar rule 34 (dont look that up btw its porn )

    thanks for your advice

What are the goals of your raid team? Some guilds are happy to be AotC, even happy to be normal, and care more about spending a night in discord with their in-game friends. It's a social event. Like a bunch of musicians getting together to jam. Other guilds are focused on maximum progression, like a competitive sport, and best players get to play; weaker players get the bench (at least until they've learned and geared and are ready to pull their weight). Not saying either is wrong; it's just choices you make for how to spend your recreation time. Important thing is for raid team to have similar goals; that's how you keep a team together. My own guild will never be elite; but it's been active continuously since first month of Vanilla. We have fun together.

1 of these post again.......lol lets see what fake story we have this time. Or pretty obivious situation is made way to complex.

    - if you need to kick a friend you are not his friend. Just ask him not to join. Or say why you do not take him. For this comment by itself i think your post is fake....but ill bite.
    - hunters and mages have different ways to avoid damage. And depending on his build and yours. It might differ if its easier for 1 or the other.

but all in all....nice fake post....not

99% of all social problems in wow go away if people simply talk to each other.

It's really strange that they have the energy to write up half a page of forum post but are not capable to talk to their friend. It's almost as if they are, in fact, not their friend.

Not their friend, too immature for group dynamics, not a leader, no initiative. Tons of reasons people do or don't do what they do or don't do in social games. This, writing this post of theirs, is the least impactful way to express their concern (IE vent) without actually absorbing any of the advice they'll get.

The Chadgar bit was the giveaway. He just wants to bust on his "friend" behind his friend's back.

I expected many things in this thread, but i was not prepared for Khadgar porn.

Whatever you do, don't show your friend this.

As for the topic: Read the room. If the guy's clearly aping it up and it's cramping your style first ask him politely to try playing a bit better. If he fails to heed this warning, yeet his ass to the Shadow Realm.

Eliminate all weakness from raid as soon as it makes itself apparent!
Unf - Night Watch - Pagle

Consider the ocean waves, and how the moon's force guides them this way and that across the earth's surface. Human life is an insane coincidence. We are an instance of the universe becoming conscious of itself, yes, old news but always worth review.

A friend in that situation would share a strategy video on the content or some helpful tips on the fight they had problems with. Either the other player is at the same skill level as you and needs to do a little more homework on the fights - which can be done constructively, or they are a more casual player that you're 'carrying' as a friend and shouldn't be griping about. Either way your first thought being to kick a friend and discussing it here, and by starting out by mocking them, reflects more poorly on you than them tbh. In this particular situation where it's a friend in question, going straight to kicking is the slightly older version of picking up your toys and going home.

Yes. See their other started threads. I suppose this is somehow entertaining to them...
