Yea, sorry, i wasn't talking exclusive from being just evoker, it's the mythic only that's a big problem, it's never been done to this degree before, your average joe has always had a chance to at least try for it.

given that the item isn't on the loot table, there's always the chance that Blizz made it mythic only so the world first raiders get it and will now enable it in heroic, normal and lfr. that is most probably wishful thinking on my part, but I hope that is what they do.

My only complaint with the legendary is how in three or four expansions I'll want to come back to experience the quests first-hand but I'll need that whole shopping list of materials

Yea... unless it "unlocks" it for other difficulties now this is going to be the least used legendary ever, not only do you have to be in the less than 1%, you have to be the less than 1% AND an Evoker.

Never has a legendary been purposely this exclusive, not even the naxx ones.

It literally states in the post that the first mythic kill opens it up to drop from every difficulty in that region.

Liquid killed the boss and discussions on the legendary started at 12:51 Central, blizzard didn't post until 8:42 central, so yes, hours. Nearly 8
