Wasn't talking about the texture, The base model skeleton is the orc one along with all the animations, Also there is also some clipping in the model where it has dangling leaves and stuff.

It looks like a fat potato with a kung fu panda style body and an overgrown green hat. I think a tree should be tall and skinny. Thats just a creepy tree.

no. its an orc. it doesnt do the scratch thing that tauren do nor do they walk the same. i can see where youd get that though, very similar.

Everyone would be millionaires, if not billionaires by now if every thing was real just because someone says it is. The fact that only a user edited version is provided as proof it is real is a little suspect. Why not just show the actual game file instead of one that the author changed to make it more appealing?

People here don't seem to understand how 3-d modeling works.

Yes, it's using the Orc's animations.
No, that doesn't mean it's using the Orc's exact 3d skeleton.
Yes, that is a custom model.
Yes, they most likely used the orc model as a reference for size and structure.

You can apply animations to skeletons that don't exactly match as long as they have something in common (Legs/arms/a head) Issues with doing that usually cause bad clipping/weird moving parts on the model (Female Worgen comes to mind).

Obviously, it'll be much better when they are done animating, but calling this a orc re-skin couldn't be further from the truth since it is only the animation on the skeleton (it's a placeholder animation)

It was added into the Beta in the last build. Sorry to say but the model is real.
