It's not perfect, but it definitely looks good. Maybe more shading, and thicker upper arms next time would help give it a realistic feel...

It confused me at first too, but basically unless you click the box that says "Save in Sent folder" you don't get to see any messages you sent. They have actually been sent, there is just no way to tell until the person replies ;]
