    M Gul'dan post-7.3.2

Now that we have moved towards the ilvl950 range, how would you rate the current difficulty of M Gul'dan at these gear levels? Is it at zergable territory, or will all the mechanics still need to be respected? To get those mounts done and dusted before Battle for Azeroth.

Still need to respect the illidan phase, as you will need to still do 1 round of the bubble stuff, and it's an insta-kill mechanic. But it's quite simple.

Nothing really has changed, gear doesn't help you in anything but maybe let you stay in flame patches a bit longer and deal with greater amount of souls. It's not particularly hard though, just have to actually do the mechanics still.

You deal with a lot less mechanics, and have enough hp to outlive a lot of the mechanics that used to be threatening. Until the Illidan phase, there really is nothing that should kill you.

its still possible to wipe 3-4 times because thats how it is. people suck and wont do mechanics.

and 3-4 wipes will result in people leaving and you not killing the boss, so yes, its still hard to do in pugs.

with our ilvl increase, Mythic Guldan is essentially heroic now, in terms of difficulty, until you get to the demon within phase. AT that point, you still need to execute a round of surviving the one shot but it's really easy and you can get to the Mythic only phase pretty fast now to learn.

Just don't expect to pug it.

It still requires a lot of coordination, you can't zerg the final phase and you still can get knocked out the platform and die in fire if you don't do mechanics well.

At that point the only bad parts are winds and not getting oneshot in the Demon within phase (implying pugs can actually execute heroic gul'dan mechanics)

won't really be possible to ignore that just with gear
