How do I get ElvUI Nameplates like this video?

Yo!

I recently changed to ElvUI and I really like! After seeing this video I wanted to get the same Nameplate debuff: https://youtu.be/ecV_XWYu684?t=96

I really like the fact that it only shows one debuff, now I know how to achieve that but the debuff is not in the middle of the nameplate, nor is it a square if I change "# Displayed Auras" from 4 to 1. Could anyone explain how I get ElvUI Nameplates to show one debuff that is a square in the middle of the nameplate?

I think those are KUI Nameplates and not the ElvUI nameplates - I use those with my warlock. The icon in the middle is a missing debuff, a reminder to dot.
Edit: Nah, it's the dot - KUI shows the missing debuffs on the plate not above, still, it's KUI afaik
