Here it is.Is it still the mythic raid lockout system or changed to loot lockout like normal/heroic?
Same normal rules from Mythic lockouts would apply, just that its now no longer restricted to players needing to be on the same server.
Be prepared to see a bunch of people with 1/11MM tag screwed for the rest of the week

Brings back memories when heroic SoO was put on cross realm and the good old days of stealing people's lockouts and trolling entire raids by joining fresh 25 mans with a saved toon.
