Killing Spree and Death From Above should be changed not to port the player and not to be fixed on the target hitbox.
Something along the lines of the Fist thingy that Monks have.

Died to it many a times, but I still miss it very much.

Killing Spree was amazing in Mists of Pandaria. Should have stayed a default ability. Too much fun and chance to die i like it.
