Basic Outlaw questions yet not answered, plx help

Greetings,

with BfA incoming i rerolled to rogue and i am having lots of fun with Outlaw but i do have 2 questions that might be basic to veterans, but i do not know the answers, so please tell me

1: RtB: Which buffs are worth keeping IF it is a single buff and after how many times should i quit rerolling?

2: Is it ok to finish with 4CP to prevent sinister strike CP wasting or should i always go for 5CP? Currently using Vigor.

I cant help you much because i have ZERO experience in PvE.

But in PvP when we get the "crit buff" its the moment we go "HELL YEAH" *rock music starts* and everything.
Also perfect moment to use Killing Spree.

Yeah, should have clarified, i am asking mainly for PvE, thanks though, at least i know that for pvp now

1. keep grand melee and the new shark (dont remember the name, the crit one) and any 2 buffs, reroll everything else

Correct. Grey = Keep, Glow = Reroll.

As a few others pointed out, the only single buffs you keep are Grand Melee or Ruthless Precision. Otherwise you reroll till you have any 2 buffs.
