Rupture tracking on 3 targets

So in every guide out there, they basically tell you to keep rupture up on 3 targets. What do you guys use to track those targets ?
I have some vision issues so seeing the little buff icon over the nameplates is not really viable for me.

Then i tried enemy grid and that worked fine, but i only want it to show rupture and garrote, and not poisons or other things, but i am unable to chose rupture as a buff to track, or deadly poison as something to ignore. Basicaly when i write rupture into the text field, it autocompletes and add a rupture stone spell thing, not the rogue one. Anyone got an idea on how to change to the correct rupture spell ?

It can show specific spells bigger than others.

There's predefined list, which contains some defensive and burst buffs, and crowd control debuffs. You can edit this list.
