Quick question, if two people go on the orb run does only the person that takes the orb from the pedestal get the debuff or do both get it as soon as the orb is thrown to the second person? (the debuff that prevents you from picking another orb)

Anyone who holds the orb at any point between picking it up and turning it in will get the debuff

To be clear, you can pass the ball as much as you want before turning it in, but as soon as you turn it in, every person who had the ball get the debuff.
