I'm curious about this too, I'm gonna queue for LFR just to see what my Zandalari turns into. My guess is that Zandalari and KTs turn into the same races as Trolls and Humans but don't quote me on it as I'm not sure.

Also if you get turned into Zandalari (at least for tanks) it seems you are given the Pakku Loa and are unable to change it (obviously).
