How to get the 400/415 eng goggles?

I was away from BFA for few months, just came back about 2 weeks ago.

So finally I got mats to craft a 385, but once I did it, I have no recipe, neither can train to learn the 400 google.

Should I scrap this one I did and craft it again until I discover the 400 recipe? How its done? Could not find that answer. Do I lose all my tidalcores? I can pay for some expulsons, but I really dont want to grind more tidalcores o.O

PS: If matters... Crafting the plate one.
PS2: I have this AZ3-R1-T3 Orthogonal Optics (345) and Surging Orthogonal Optics (385)

Check your recipe book. There's a pattern for each armor class for 385. You may have crafted the wrong ones first (I did), so you can scrap them and craft the one you want to learn. Double check its the right one before you craft it.

Seems that I never crafted the 370 one, I guess thats why based on what you guys told me.

So I can scrap my 385 and get all mats back? I already choose my azerite traits, is that a problem?
