I loved everything about T4, so Gruul's Lair, Mag's Lair, and Kara were some of my favorite raids of all time. Had a lot of fun in Naxx(Wrath), Loved ICC as well. But most fun I had raiding was BC and Wrath.

Basically all till the end of WotLK, maybe with the exception of Tempest Keep, although Kael'thas individually was a very innovative and fun fight once you had the gear and understanding for it. Sadly after WotLK, Blizzard stopped caring for the quality of the game as much as to suck out the remainder of the goldmine that they were sitting on (and still are to my, and probably their surprise), so the game lost a lot of its charm.

Ulduar being the one really good raid in WotLK, sorry, the best raid ever. The hardmode excels anything that came out before or after. And the theme. What an experience it was.

So many saying ulduar. I just remember flame leviathan and the two after than one. Disliked flame leviathan and the vehicle fight before it so much. The other two were OK, but stopped after that... Maybe I missed out.
Ulduar. Seemingly a clear favourite to most.
Black Temple.
Tempest Keep. Kael'Thas was an amazing fight.
Throne of Thunder.
Nighthold.

BRF, TOT, SOO would be top 3 in no real order
- Ulduar like everyone else.
- Throne of the 4 winds was also great! Really fun & innovative fights, and uncommon design.
- Ahn'Qiraj, even though I didn't play back then, I think I'd have enjoyed it, you really have this feeling of entering a place you really shouldn't be in.

It was a good, solid raid with some interesting boss fights. Had a fair amount of optional challenge modes to keep repeat runs interesting.
Additionally, I think it had the benefit of not being the current raid for long enough to burn people out.
ICC and SoO are tied for my favorite personally. They just lasted a bit too long.
Top 5:
1: Icecrown Citadel
2. Siege of Orgrimmar
3. Blackwing Descent
4. Bastion of Twilight
5. Throne of Thunder
