You need to remember that certain characters are supreme elites of a class, meaning, they might wear powers we can not and they might use weapons we can not.

Stylistic, like Anduin being able to wear plate now despite technically still being a priest as far as we can tell. (they could have him take the vow of paladin-hood, but for now it's funny to watch him barely able to swing a sword)
