S2 pvp mounts

So I goofed off and got stuck at 36%. I assume I can't get the S2 mounts during these 2 weeks before S3 anymore, correct?
I know ratings are frozen and titles progress as well, just unsure if I can still progress towards the mounts.

those mounts are never removed, you can always get it next season if you play 2x more, when you fill the bar you can refill it and get some item to echange for the missing mounts
