Mobs health without targeting them

Last night i saw Sloot stream and he was having mobs health on nameplates without targeting them.I messed with some Cvar namely targetstatustext (at least i think so since i messed with few more until i got some result and not 100% what worked ) and got same result.I thought i could do it for all my chars but now i can see same results on my mage class( horde and ally) but not on any other chars.Anyone knows how to show mob heatlh on nameplates without targeting them and how to do it on all chars?

Check your Key Bindings > Targeting > Show Enemy Name Plates

Check your settings Interface > Names and make sure "Always show nameplates" is checked. By default, they only show when in combat or something is targeted. AFAIK, this should enable what you want regardless of what nameplate addon you use.

Thats not issue.I can see mobs plates but without HP unless i target them.
This is case that you fly around and see mobs hp on nameplates without targeting them.

Not native english speaker so i might be missunderstood. I have enemy plates turned on in my options . And i thought few years back that option to see enemy hp unless targeting directly or in combat witht them was removed by Blizzard until i saw Slootbag stream.

Are you sure?There is direct option for it? I know about Plater, didnt test so far since what is liked Threatplates more then what isaw on peples streams but this option could make me at least try Plater.
