    THe point is not the palyers. The point is the developers who DO live in the US and celebrate Thanksgiving. Their holiday is now ruined because of the release date. That is the issue here.

    Your guild can start raiding, then have a Christmas break, then continue in January.

    Alternatively your guild can altogether start raiding in January.

    Or perhaps they won't be working on Thanksgiving and it won't be ruined. Shockingly, gaming is not the most essential industry and a lot more essential ones are celebrating holidays with days off just fine.

    Most people in those essential industrues can't celebrate the holiday because they have to work the day after and are too far away from family to make it worth the time. There are a lot more people that aren't able to celebrate the holiday than you believe.
