Quick question about Memory drops

can they drop from normal dungeons? Yes, I am 60 and have the Runecarver unlocked,

Yes, but VERY low chance... you can spend a whole day grinding it there and it won't drop.

Save your sanity and just do daily heroic run for dungeon you need, you will get it in a week, really.
