Green thingy on burst?

Hi guys,

I just started playing again after a 5 year break. Im mainly doing some PVP, so im following a few of the good rogues on Twitch..
Quick question, sometimes they spout a green thingy, when they do a burst?

Im new in here aswell, so Im not allowed to post any links or images until ive posted a few times, so i cant really post anything for reference. Hope you know what it is regardless :-D

You can make a macro so it pops up everytime you use shadowdance
