In as much as the people screaming CANCEL CULTURE at everything don’t have a clue what they’re talking about?

If you need anti-harassment training at work it just shows how bad your society has failed. This is something that your parents should have taught you, not your employer.

Because you wiill have no reason to be angry at it because after all, they were their just expressing their opinion right?
    You seem greatly confused.

This is a civil trial, not a criminal one. This doesn't need to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt, just a preponderance of evidence....which this case has.

So no, this isn't cancel culture. This is learning to treat people like human fucking beings.

Gotta love all those reverse SJWs, so to speak, who throw random buzzwords (e.g. mUh c4NceL CuLtuR3) in order to better defend corporate-senpai. After all, none of these self-proclaimed anti-cancel culture warriors gave a single &$#@ when Blizzard summarily cancelled Quinton Flynn, for example.

Don't get me wrong, I think cancel culture is dumb as fuck and I ride comfortably aboard the fuck snowflakes feelings train.

However there's a difference between telling someone whose feelings are hurt to suck it the fuck up and telling someone who is the subject of fucking sexual abuse/harassment to suck it up.

Feelings are subjective, anything can offend anyone and you can't really prevent it without censoring all but the most vanilla of speech.

Sexual harassment is pretty clearly defined, everyone knows what it is and it has no place at work.

Wrong. They still have to prove that it like;ly happened., All it has is so far is just accusations. No actual evidence has been put forth. The state will have to put more than accusations forward during the case. What has been released is nothing more than "He said, she said". There is no preponderance of evidence because their is no evidence so far.

Corroboration is all that's needed...and they have it.

Stop trying to think you're smarter than you are.

nO it's not. You still need to have physical evidence especially when that "corroboration" can be discredited under oath. That is why you get physical evidence to begin with. You can't discredit e-mail's, memos, video, audiio etc.

You have no idea how a civil trial works.
