DPS sims show I should be 4k, realistically I would like to see consistent 3.5k+

I used the sims to see what my gear and options ie talents etc should be it sims me around 4.2 to 4.4k dps. I am missing badly on this and would like some assistance on things I should try to focus my attention on.

This should point you in the right direction.
You're not using KC nearly enough. And your 3 stacks of frenzy (barbed shot) is low.

Our first Heroic Domo kill I was saving my Readiness to double Deterrence the orbs and ended up on the bottom of the charts. Now we're working on heroic Baleroc, and my dps seems to just be lacking.

Other than that, nothing really stands out as being wrong, and your DPS seems fine for your gear. Also gem your Galkras ring 80agi/160haste.
