WoW [Latency]

Yoyo, lately I've been having problems with my WoW Latency. Normally it sits on around 60-80 but all of a sudden its on 500-700, I've tried everything. Rebooting router, making a Tcp, disabling all addons, but nothing seems to help. Any clues?

In advanced options (in-game), have you ticked off the "optimize network for speed"? (after that, restart the game). In case your ISP is Comhem, that might help

i had the same problem. removing "optimize network for speed" fixed it.
could be a lot of things causing it though, maybe its the ISP having trouble.
