Help shadow priest

i'm a shadow priest ..

and i got a problem with my hit cap thingy ..

i dont know what should i reforge or stuff..

can you please help me . what should i do ?

I dont really understand what u mean by hit cap thingy but I will assume its about being under the cap 18%, what I would suggest is change your helm reforge. change the mastery to spirit and that will put u slightly over the hit cap. also, I would suggest switching out your crit pieces for haste pieces.
