Possible Water elemental for all mages?

if you read new mage talents proposed, Coldsnap is now for all mages.
Notice how all other talents are 'useful' to all specs of every other class.
I know its still useful for fire and arcane due to double ice, and this alone brings arcane and fire needed survivability along with ice barrier with every spec.

But just think This coldsnap could mean water elemental for all mages.

your thoughts?

yes i know the mage talents are kinda poo compared to others, but we dnt no wat our base spells and the new 87 spell are going to be, so what do you think?

It resets 2 spells for non frost mages and 3 for frost mages
Water Elementals does not need to be recast until it dies so this is only "useful" in quotes at best for frost

Well we aint sure on that, it may become a baseline ability, since most talents like this for other classes, have different affect based on spec.

I highly doubt that they turn all mages into a pet class.
