Warriors and Paladins are traditional European knight stereotypes. Priests are religious stereotypes, complete with a flip-side that encourages destruction. Undead are your run-of-the-mill zombie option for games, Trolls and Orcs and Gnomes and Dwarves and Elves have been popular since Lord of the Rings and are used in almost every MMO in some form, and Worgen are just a play on an old fairy tale about werewolves.

Why exactly is another stereotype a bad thing? I'm personally glad to be seeing some Eastern influence in the game for a change. It is a heavily Western-dominated game at the moment in terms of art styles, character types, and gameplay.
