I think WoW could have had 3 factions to satisfy every fantasy.

I feel racist for thinking of "Ricefu" for a pandaren monk... Won't use it though, since I'm on a RP server and it'd be frowned upon. The -fu ending can be used for comedic names though:
Cowfu / Hornfu / Hooffu / Milkfu = Tauren monk
Bamboofu = Pandaren monk
Bluefu = Draenei monk
Voodoofu = Troll monk
Treefu = Night elf monk
Bonefu / Zombiefu = Undead monk
Beardfu = Dwarf monk
...and so on

my pandaren monk will be named shentsu pronounced (shin sue).....dont know if its a real word or not but its a combination of chen and shiatsu(chinese for pressure points)

I think I might just go with Stormstout for the jelly factor.
Originally I was thinking of making a human monk, but the pandas will have the most advanced skeleton and animations in the game and I want to enjoy that.
