[Priest] Transmogrification Mega Thread

Question for the more experienced priests:

I absolutely love the priest Tier 6. Been going back to collect it and just need the chest now since I only started playing late in TBC. Anyways, any suggestions for a staff or mace/offhand that fits well with it nicely?

Would love some suggestions from those who have more experience with some of the older gear. Thanks!

Thanks! Some great ideas in there. I really liked the Maly mace suggestion. I used the Warmace of Unrequitted Love on my hpal for quite some time and it would be a nice throwback with a better colour-scheme. Thanks again!

Im so happy i kept the pieces of my t3 naxx gear! Only 3 other priest on my serv have the gear i think

Yea you can't make other things look like ledgendaries and you can't make ledgendaries look like other things. So, no you can't do anything with the ledgendaries.

I got my Staff of Imacculate Recovery, my recoloured tier 6 white helm, tier 6 Shoulders and a cloak which perfectly matches the colours of the Purple Trophy Tabard of the Illidari last night:

It's kinda funny, the greatest Priest set ever made is not longer available. Kinda makes the whole transmogrification thing pointless to me. I'm sure every Shadow Priest will be running around in Absolution, and every Holy/Disc Priest will be in the white-skinned Absolution clone from BT. The greatest set ever, of course, being the Red Absolution set (s3 Vengeful Gladiator). I've been farming Hallowed, just because I figure not that many people will be using it.

I liked the s2 recolor as a change of pace but wasn't a fan of s3.

T6 has always been a favorite of mine, though I also have the recolored t6 chest from pvp season 3 (its got some nice red in it which i really like). I still need to find a cloak to match it, and maybe a belt too since im not a huge fan of the t6 belt.

I plan on keeping T12. I like the way the fire looks on my disc set, and being a dwarf priest with red pigtails, I'm quite excited that I finally found a set that matches nicely with my hair!

I do need to find a cloak that looks good with the set, though - the Hyjal Avengers cloak (which I am currently using) clashes horribly... Anyone know of one that would look good with T12?

I will have 2 sets - one dark and one light - I will pick one according to my current mood :P

The dark set is easy - Tier 6 with Apostle of Argus as Weapon. Not sure about a belt though.

Can anyone please make a thread, if there isn't one already, where we just post our "creations"? Fellow priests here have some amazing ideas and I would really like to be able to browse through them more easily. It would be awesome if people shared their sets and added some additional info for where they drop from or how to obtain them.

I remember wearing these, my son came in and asked me why my toon was playing in her underwear. >.< lol

Personally plan on matching gear to the vanity pets I use/like the most, along with mounts of course.

So I wasn't the only one that noticed. Thank goodness! That thong otufit was so funny, and embarassing at the same time. I remember wearing a white quality dress while travelling to the location of a quest, changing to the thong to kill the mobs, then back to the dress for the trip to the questgiver.

On the subject, I will most probably be using my season two set, the one that looks like tier five, because I like the less shiny colours a bit more, and at times the tier 6 set, if my luck changes and I can FINALLY get the shoulders' piece. For weapon, supposing I can use a one-hander, I will use my Hammer Of Purified Flames, from Wrath Of The Lich King times, or a nice, sturdy, mean-looking other mace, I just love maces!
