I dont think you understood what was being said about the 40% drop in profits. I dont think you understanding getting loans and what it does for big businesses. Just because they borrowed some money to acquire things doesnt mean they are in debt. Again, all of this has been commented on by the UFC and most of it is old news.

To be fair at least the UFC wasn't built around the premise of being a tournament style fight org and didn't bash other promotions that made novelty fights numerous times like Bellator did. I really think the biggest problem with the UFC is so few fighters nowadays are marketable. The skill difference between Top 5 and Top 10 in the UFC nowadays is quite huge (especially in weight classes like heavyweight and bantamweight). What they need to do is stop having 60 events a year. I mean...cmon...we are at the point that almost every weekend we have a UFC event with some weekends having TWO events. I really like MMA but that shit is just getting out of hand. We are seeing the main cards of PPV events have guys like Louis Gaudinot and Tony Ferguson who have no place being there yet they are because if they weren't the main card would have 2-3 bouts.

I really liked what Bellator started out as, but yeah, they did a complete 180.

Can you please source that? I have yet to see a single mention of the UFC being $500M in debt other than one forum post on another site and this forum post.

Just google UFC $500m debt it's all over the place. It's not hard to believe knowing the history of the Fertitta's investments. Filing bankruptcy on casinos and such.

Those only 3 things that come up when I search "UFC $500M debt" is a post from Sherdog forums, a post from these forums, and a reddit post - none of which are credible sources.

After watching all these early stoppages lately, I rewatched Brock Lesnar vs Shane Carwin and I'm really surprised they didn't stop that.

Silva failed another test for steroids and anti-anxiety pills to help with sleep deprivation.
    You're a towel.

Its not another test like they are saying. The original test he failed was the prefight testing they did (which his fights vs Weidman they did not do) but this time he got busted for his post fight test. Its not a new test, honestly I don't know why it takes them that long to get these test results back. Its embarrassing. It doesn't take 17 days to get test results.

Also, did you guys see that Dana White wants Rousey to fight men if she wins her next fight? Not a fan. At all.

It is still a new test result. As the article says it shoes he was on both leading up to and during the fight.

It was clearly a joke...although he does want to Cyborg fight to happen and she is basically a man. How about Fallon Fox?

If they are the same weight... /shrug I'm curious what the feminists and feminazi's have to say. Equality, true 100% equality... Rousey might be your only true test subject. We already know Serena can't hang with Nadal and Brit Griner can't hang with LeBron or I dunno Cat Osterman and Lauren Gibson vs Crewshaw and Cabrera.

That Ben Henderson/Thatch fight was pretty good. After losing his last two matches, I wasn't sure what to think about Ben moving up in weight class like that, but he weathered the first round and a half, and then did what he does best.

What I meant was they are making it out like he failed a test yesterday. The test he failed was the post fight test.

UFC Press Event regarding the rash of failed drug test.

I imagine it's going to suck for anyone who is caught in the months ahead. I wonder if we'll see any "deflation" from some fighters.
