Can anyone explain why we need to use shout before using DW?
Cant we do all these and use shout after fight starts?

Not to mention this was written during Tier 12. So you would want the T12 2pc buff from Battle Shout then have DW up during a CS window.

This is a mastery set i put together with updated gear for current content. There are upgrades to some in HC form but i left them out as some are obviously going to mains before the trash bin
i also enchanted & reforged so for those unlucky few who some times get caught out with the prepull will at least have some stats.
With chalice popped i think it would be about 64 - 65%
