Yepp, the Scythe dual pods and that main weapon they can get is ridiculously good, I've used them both. The Reaver and Mosq don't come close to it's firepower.

But can't you, with outfit mates who know what to do, use the emergency ejection system on the Galaxy to do drops?

I would have to log in, but as far as i know this emergency enjection system. Has either been removed or i am forgetting something. Will log in BRB :P

Are the servers up right now? I can run the launcher fine but I get dumped out after clicking play with a cheesy generic error screen.

I came in high hopes of scoring extreme range headshots. What I found was that you couldn't see people beyond a certain range...
Perhaps it's maybe my fault that I'm playing on a EU server while in America? Or just that the reason I can't see people far enough was to keep server lag down.
But. I would like to point out that when The Crown is under assault and there's all those snipers camping on the cliff, thanks for standing still, thinking that there's not a person hiding in your buildings getting all the headshots!. But it's a shame when you actually get enough people to overwhelm the crown and find that taking it is underwhelming.

The Crown isn't actually that hard to take, the problem is that people are so intimidated by the height advantage that they don't actually push an attack, they just stand at the bottom trying to pick people off who will just respawn and send them back to Allatum/Zurvan. Too many times I will watch one or both attacking factions just sit outside and maybe a dozen or so people will ever try to climb the hills, running into a hailstorm of 50 people shooting at them.

There was a 3gb patch today. The game is much better now.

Actually, everytime there is a patch you're download the whole thing all over again.

Either that or they keep coming with mega patches.

Well the install folder on this is ~9.4gb, so doubt it
Probably just re-download any files that have changed, rather than patching them.

I might try it another time. I havn't seen the new continents yet. Though the main issue i really have is the fact that you have to travel so god damn much after everytime you get killed behind enemy lines.
