hey everyone im pretty sure this doesnt fit in the sports and fitness thread since its neither ( i think )

so i just started trying to walk with my hands 2 - 3 weeks and ive made some major progress, so far ive managed to balance myself for 6 seconds and walk backwards and forwards for 3 - 4 steps.

how about you guys? has anyone tried it / doing it now ? any tips would be pretty nice aswell and how you do it
