If you did this to someone else, it would be felony battery and you would serve 3-5 years in prison. It doesn't somehow become OK because it was his daughter.

Considering she is a minor child and is receiving disciplinary action from her parents, it is 100% legal. I'd love to see a J.D.'s (Juris Doctor) opinion on the topic.

Just think of the beatings this poor girl is getting now that he has exposed her dad to the world and likely ruined his life.

She's 23 now and living on her own as far as I know, so hopefully she's clear of her fucked up parents.
