Do Not Buy This Game. its so horrible and it feels like the game was cut in half, theres two quests you end up not even turning in and you dont even get to upgrade your car all the way. its a waste of money.

I agree, while it looks and plays good, the story, weapon/car modifications, levels are all tunnel visioned. It is also a very short game and it was 21 gigs as well!
It was described to me as an open world RPG, what it is, is a brainless FPS, which besides the graphics, belongs in the early 90s.
