How do you get MSBT like this?

dont care about the icon , or positioning , font etc. all i want to know is which option makes it the numbers move up 1 by 1 and the bottom number replaced by you're next damage.

The Combat text mod is 'xCT' , I like xCT because it's the most lightweight combat mod addon out there.
